Dobbs Law Firm launches 2026 scholarship

ODESSA, Texas (KOSA) - Dobbs Law Firm as announced a new scholarship to be award to one graduating student going to Odessa College.

According to the press release by Dobbs Law Firm, this scholarship is designed to help local students that are committed to continuing their education and make an impact on the community.

Who’s eligible?

Applicants must:

• Be a graduating high school senior in 2026
• Plan to attend Odessa College in Odessa, Texas
• Have a minimum 3.0 GPA
• Enroll as a full-time student

What does it cover?

The selected student will receive funding for tuition and books for one academic year.

Scholarship funds will be paid directly to Odessa College after proof of enrollment.

To keep funding for the spring semester, the recipient must maintain at least a 3.0 GPA during the fall semester.

What students need to submit

Applications must include:

• A one-page essay titled: “How I Want My Life to Count”
• A recent photo
• An agreement to participate in media and promotional content if selected

Applications are due May 10, 2026 at 12:00 p.m.
